Client Feedback
We always put out the call for feedback from happy customers and promise that we will post it on this website for the world to see. We have been lucky enough to get some great feedback from some of Australia’s best tourism operators (small business operators!) and have posted it below. We of course welcome your feedback too – feedback@tourismworkshops.com.au

Marketing 101? Been there, done that. I want to understand what works and what doesn’t, without wasting time. Todd’s workshops gave me dynamic tourism case studies, sophisticated e-marketing tips and a timely discussion of the power of new media – and I networked with other operators! Ticked all the boxes. I couldn’t get back to my office fast enough to start implementing new strategies!
Cheers,

Coming from Canberra in the middle of a drought to teach small business operators how to better utilise technology and the internet would be a challenge to most trainers, but not Todd Wright. Todd was engaging and passionate with an infectious enthusiasm. His workshop in Coonamble went till almost 10pm but participants were still enthralled. In Gulargambone the next day the temperature exceeded 40 degrees outside but those inside were listening intently. Since the workshops there has been a notable increase in online marketing with many businesses either developing their own web site or increasing their presence in social networks. Over 90% of those attending have now created a facebook page for their business which is the type of result council was looking for when we commissioned the workshops!

Was good to catch up again and if you and your family are in the area – let me know – would be delighted to have you experience the Illawarra Fly.

Thank you for a very informative day, and a chance to learn about online marketing (and social networking) for the tourism industry in Mudgee.
I found you to be an amiable presenter and extremely confident in your delivery. From my perspective, I gained a lot from your very patient answering of queries and sharing of information within the group.
I hope to go forward with your information and help my employers as well as gain some more work within Mudgee Tourism.
Once again, thanks so much.
Regards,
Gabrielle Condon – (With Michelle Baguley from Clearview Estate Wines)

“I’m writing to tell you how much I enjoyed your workshops this week on Marketing for Small Business and Online Marketing.
It’s not often you can spend a full day, let alone two, in a classroom and honestly say you were involved for almost all of the time.
Your presentation style is engaging but best of all what you say is informative and it makes sense.
I feel both enthusiastic and energised by the experience.
Kind Regards,
Susan Bredow -South Coast Holidays

I just wanted to let you know how FANTASTIC yesterdays tourism sessions were. Todd Wright was brilliant and the information was just spot on. Thank you so much for organising this session – it is without a doubt one of the best workshops I have ever attended. Everyone else who was a the workshop felt the same, in fact on the way home we all talked about how we could get Todd to come to Hay and Deni and do some night sessions for us.
Brilliant, well done, and thanks,
Alison McLean – Project Officer – The Long Paddock
